Aparigraha Enterprises LLP · ARN-361130 · LLP ID: ACX-8309
This Code of Conduct sets out the principles that govern how Aparigraha Enterprises LLP (LLP ID: ACX-8309), AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor — ARN-361130, conducts its mutual fund distribution business. It is framed in line with AMFI's Code of Conduct for Mutual Fund Distributors and SEBI's applicable regulations, and reflects our own commitment to ethical, transparent dealings with every client.
We place the interests of our clients above our own. Our recommendations are guided by what suits an investor's financial goals, risk appetite, and time horizon — never by which scheme pays a higher commission. Where any conflict of interest arises, we disclose it to the client before proceeding.
We operate strictly within the scope of our AMFI registration. Aparigraha Enterprises LLP is a Mutual Fund Distributor and is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. We do not present ourselves as offering regulated investment advisory services, and our name and communications reflect only the role we are registered for.
Clients investing through us do so under the Regular Plan of the relevant scheme, which involves payment of commission to us as distributor. We disclose this clearly, along with applicable commission rates, and do not deal in Direct Plans. We never offer rebates, pass-backs of commission, or any inducement prohibited under SEBI/AMFI norms to attract or retain business.
All information we provide — whether in person, in writing, or on this website — is accurate and not misleading. We do not make exaggerated claims about returns, give guarantees on scheme performance, or withhold material facts that could affect an investor's decision. Marketing material relating to specific schemes is used only as provided by the respective AMCs.
We do not engage in high-pressure sales tactics or push products to meet internal targets at the cost of investor suitability. Every recommendation is made after understanding the client's circumstances, not the other way around.
Client data, including KYC records and financial information, is collected only for the purpose of rendering distribution services and is kept confidential. We do not share or use this data beyond what is necessary, and we maintain it in line with applicable data protection norms and our contractual obligations to AMCs.
We maintain our AMFI registration in good standing, complete the required Continuing Education Programme (CEP) for ARN renewal, and stay current with SEBI and AMFI circulars governing distributor conduct. Our team's NISM certifications and EUINs are kept up to date.
If a client has a concern about any recommendation, transaction, or communication from us, they may raise it directly with Aparigraha Enterprises LLP. We aim to acknowledge and resolve grievances promptly and in good faith. Unresolved matters may be escalated to AMFI or the relevant AMC's investor grievance cell as applicable.
Our partners and representatives maintain integrity and professional decorum in all dealings, do not participate in spreading unverified claims or rumours about schemes or AMCs, and do not engage in any practice that could mislead investors or damage trust in the mutual fund distribution profession.
This Code of Conduct is reviewed periodically to remain consistent with updates to SEBI regulations and AMFI's Master Circular for Mutual Fund Distributors.
